XPlot - Plotly Support

It's recommended to get XPlot as part of FsLab. FsLab takes care of installing and referencing the necessary packages and adds an FSI printer that shows the charts you'll create in a browser window.

Alternatively, the XPlot.Plotly package is available on NuGet.
